This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform operated by Código Maestro. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the relevant service providers and they have initiated the process, or the service delivery is already underway. In such an event, you may choose to reject the delivery at the appropriate stage.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Código Maestro does not accept cancellation requests for time-sensitive or perishable deliverables such as event-based services, time-bound digital deliveries, or similar engagements. However, a refund or replacement can be considered if the client establishes that the quality of the deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications.
2. Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Deliverables
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items or deliverables, please report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the issue has been checked and determined at our end. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Product / Service Not as Described
In case you feel that the product or service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product or service. The customer service team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Warranty Claims
In case of complaints regarding products or services that come with a warranty from the manufacturers or service providers, please refer the issue to them directly for resolution under the applicable warranty terms.
Approved Refund Processing Time
In case of any refunds approved by Código Maestro, it will take 7 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The cancellation request is made after 7 days of the order date.
- The service has been fully rendered as per the agreed scope.
- The issue arises due to misuse, negligence, or actions outside the scope of our agreement.
- The client fails to provide necessary inputs or approvals within agreed timelines, causing delays.
- Change of mind after the work has been initiated or delivered.
5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
