Our Commitment
Confidentiality is the foundation of trust. Every piece of information you share — from your business idea to your source code — is access-controlled, encrypted, and never shared without your explicit consent.
Mutual NDA by Default
- Every client engagement begins with a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement — you don't need to ask for it separately.
- Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential for the duration of the engagement and for 3 years thereafter.
- Our standard NDA is available to review and sign before any discovery call or requirements discussion.
- We can also execute your organisation's preferred NDA template if required.
What Is Covered
- All business information, strategies, financial data, and trade secrets shared with us.
- Source code, technical architecture, API credentials, and system designs.
- Client lists, contact information, pricing structures, and internal processes.
- Any information marked 'confidential' or that a reasonable person would consider non-public.
Access Controls
- Only team members actively working on your project have access to your confidential information.
- All team members are bound by individual confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.
- Project data is stored in access-controlled environments with role-based permissions.
- We do not share client information with sub-contractors without your explicit written consent.
Third-Party Integrations
- Where your project requires third-party services (cloud platforms, APIs, payment gateways), we use only reputable providers under their own enterprise privacy agreements.
- We will disclose all third-party tools used in your project during scoping.
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.
- Any required data sharing with sub-contractors is subject to a back-to-back NDA.
Duration & Survival
- Confidentiality obligations begin at first contact and survive termination or completion of the engagement.
- Obligations remain in force for 3 years post-engagement for standard projects.
- For particularly sensitive engagements (financial, healthcare, government), extended terms can be negotiated.
- Upon project closure, we securely delete or return all confidential materials as instructed.
Exceptions
- Information that is already in the public domain through no fault of ours.
- Information we can demonstrate we already possessed before the engagement began.
- Information lawfully received from a third party without restriction.
- Disclosures required by law or court order — in which case we will notify you as early as legally permissible.
