By engaging Código Maestro, you agree to our scope-based delivery model, milestone schedules, and acceptable-use terms. Intellectual property created during an engagement transfers to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service levels and support windows are defined per contract.

Refunds are governed by the milestones agreed in your statement of work. Advance payments for work not yet started are refundable minus any incurred costs. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Disputes are resolved transparently and in good faith.

Every client engagement is protected by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement by default. Client data, source code, and business information are treated as strictly confidential, access-controlled, and never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
